Judikiss Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the judikiss platform. Please read carefully before registering or using our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the judikiss platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the judikiss platform.

Account Registration & Security

To access judikiss services in full, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including any existing credit balances.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
Judikiss recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other platform.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the judikiss support team immediately at [email protected].
Judikiss will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel.

User Responsibilities & Rules

Users of the judikiss platform agree to use it solely for lawful and responsible entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the judikiss platform:

Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems or data, including hacking attempts, cyberattacks, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities.
Using automated software, bots, or any other method to manipulate games or transactions on the platform.
Sharing, selling, or transferring your judikiss account to another party.
Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform.
Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.

Judikiss reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or closure of account, against any user found to be in violation of the above rules. Such action may be taken without prior notice, and judikiss shall not be liable for any losses arising as a result.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the judikiss platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. judikiss is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party payment methods without authorisation.

Deposit

Deposits into your judikiss account can be made via supported local payment methods, including Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking. Processing times vary by method and typically range from 15 minutes to 2 business days. judikiss reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit where required for security purposes.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal of winnings will only be processed to a verified payment method registered under the same user's name. judikiss reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Suspicious withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending further investigation for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits that have been successfully processed into a judikiss account cannot be cancelled or refunded except under specific circumstances approved by judikiss at its sole discretion. Any discrepancies or disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The judikiss platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. judikiss does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or capable of meeting all user requirements. Under no circumstances shall judikiss be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.

Judikiss is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, hardware failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Users agree to use this platform at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the judikiss platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of judikiss or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, display, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from judikiss.

Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms

Account Suspension & Closure

Judikiss reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and for any reason, including breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any credit balance in the account may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the judikiss support team.

The judikiss platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. judikiss has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the judikiss platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
